CrossFit workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment

3. Burpees: Burpees are a challenging bodyweight exercise that works your entire body. To do burpees, start standing, then squat down and place your hands on the floor. Jump your feet back into a plank position, perform a push-up, then jump your feet back to your hands and jump up explosively. Do as many burpees as you can in 1 minute for a killer cardio workout.

4. Dumbbell thrusters: Dumbbell thrusters are a great total-body exercise that works your legs, core, arms, and shoulders. To do dumbbell thrusters at home, grab a pair of dumbbells and hold them at shoulder height. Squat down, then press the dumbbells overhead as you stand up. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps for a tough upper body workout.

5. Plank holds: Planks are an excellent core exercise that can be done anywhere with no equipment. To do a plank hold, start in a push-up position with your elbows on the floor. Hold this position for as long as you can, aiming for at least 1 minute for a solid core workout.
